One of my Canada customers has been always so busy and will reply to you for a long time. It been one month later that he transferred the samples fee and we start to arrange the delivery. Why the push-open slides can not work sometimes?

Last night meeting, I heard a successful customers problem solving story from our colleague Cindy, regarding our latest design products push-openconcealed slides 662F. The key points is that a customer called her angrily :” Hey, why your push-open slides I bought two weeks ago now can not open when I push it? If so , why do you say it has push-open function…….” Then my colleague Cindy gave him a list of the mainly three reasons may lead to the special designed push-open slides lose its function, becoming a such bad hesitating ones.

 

Firstly, if you keep the four corners of the drawer in a horizontal line when you install it to the cabinet? Only then can keep the slides in a horizontal plane.

Secondly, if you have left at least 5mm from the drawer front inner panel to the front end of the slides? Only then can the special design push-openslides have the room to get power to open when you push it. Maybe here it is a little hard to understand, it is related to the physics mechanics knowledge, but you just remember to leave the important 5mm-7mm space, then ok.

Thirdly, if you have leave about 13.2mm-13.3mm from the cabinet inner left panel to the slide when you install the push-open slides? The right is the same.

 

Ok, let us come back to the story of my colleague. After she finished made the list, the angry customer became relax and appreciated, he said:” Oh, for the third point, I only left 12.7mm like we ever install Haffle brand slide !
